 Daniel Gorberg is a real estate investor and entrepreneur focused on value-add multifamily and mixed-use properties. Through Gorberg Properties and Gorberg Capital, he acquires, renovates, and operates income-producing assets with an emphasis on long-term cash flow and neighborhood improvement. Daniel continues to expand his portfolio by targeting well-located properties with strong fundamentals and upside potential.  

Known for a disciplined, hands-on investment approach, Daniel works closely with professional property management to oversee operations, renovations, and tenant experience from acquisition through stabilization. His strategy centers on buying below replacement cost, improving operations, and holding quality assets for long-term growth.

Daniel is actively expanding his footprint in Atlantic City and continues to evaluate new acquisition opportunities that align with his cash-flow-driven investment philosophy.

Gorberg Capital works with experienced local property management and operational partners to ensure assets are professionally maintained and efficiently operated. While day-to-day management is handled by his trusted teams on the ground, Gorberg Capital remains actively involved in strategic oversight, performance monitoring, and long-term planning.
